DreamShield™ Warranty

DreamShield™ is so effective and durable that we are offering an exclusive ten-year limited warranty.

HoMedics, Inc. guarantees the effectiveness of all of our DreamShield™ products for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase, when the product is used and cared for in accordance with the following:

• The product may be washed only once every three months. The product is designed to be covered by an outer pillowcase or a fitted bed sheet (depending on whether the product purchased is for the pillow or mattress). Your pillowcase or fitted sheet may be washed weekly
• The product must be washed following the care instructions affixed to the product HoMedics, Inc., guarantees this product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years with exceptions noted below. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.

This HoMedics product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; unauthorized repairs or modifications; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics.

The warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of ten years from the original purchase date. Warranties are non-transferable. Homedics' sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at HoMedics' option, for the replacement of the defective product.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of HoMedics.

To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, either hand deliver or mail the unit and your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

No CODs will be accepted. Upon receipt, HoMedics will repair or replace, as appropriate, your product and return it to you, postpaid. If it is appropriate to replace your product, HoMedics will replace the product with the same product or a comparable product at HoMedics' option. Warranty is solely through HoMedics Warranty Center. Service of this product by anyone other than HoMedics Warranty Center voids warranty.
